The hotel is situated inside a beautiful shopping mall, ideal for Christmas shopping and activities. The rooms were modern but need updating; the beds were really comfy. The service was outstanding, exceeding all my expectations. Its superb location couldn't be better, close to great restaurants, shops, attractions, and the Metro. The dining experience was exceptional with a variety of delicious options. Overall, a top choice for a lively city stay.

The hotel offers quite large and comfortable rooms. The breakfast maintenance could be improved, especially considering other hotels offer similar services for cheaper. The service was very professional and nice during our stay, from the front desk service to the waiters and bartenders. The location is great, with easy access to all tour attractions, and the hotel is at the center with an underground passage through a mall in case of bad weather. The dining experience wasn't ideal as certain items weren't topped up towards the end of service time, and the quality was below average. The facilities were satisfactory.

Upon arrival, the hotel looked amazing, offering really nice and spacious rooms for a wonderful experience. However, the rooms are very basic looking. The service was a mix - taking a good 10 minutes to call security was frustrating, even blaming it on being overworked, while on the bright side, staff greeted us warmly and adjusted our reservation attentively. The location is fabulous, just off St Catherine St and a short block to Metro, with everything at your disposal, making it perfect for a visit to beautiful Montreal. The dining experience had a wide selection to choose from but could be improved. The hotel facilities were generally good.
